Synopsis
The world’s most famous superhero and comic book's most famous journalist face the pressures and complications of balancing work, justice, and parenthood in today’s society. The pilot pays homage to "Action Comics" #1 (Superman’s debut) by featuring the hero’s original Golden Age costume in live action for the first time. The famous green car from the cover is also featured. Superman flies past the WB logo and turns it into the DC Comics logo. Both logos are red and blue, and they’re set on a farm in Kent. .

I’m shocked they ended this show! It was such a fun ride! I loved how it explored a lot of what made Clark Clark! Obviously not as well as Smallville, but that show started when Clark was a teenager, and this one was already a father. Tyler Hoechlin did a fantastic job playing Superman! His acting was strong throughout the series and I felt for the character.
He did a great job!
I admired how he dealt with his family and I bought into that. :)Now – this show had its problems, yes. When all of this happened, it’s confusing for both people who know the characters and new fans, at least I think. I mean, who has Superman already fought at this point? It’s already been established that he’s Superman, but we don’t know when that will happen. I think the supporting cast is strong too.

I loved watching Clark’s family grow and mature over the course of the series. Hahaha, if I had gotten it once or twice. 😛 Anyway – it’s a show set in a new time, obviously there will be some things that are a bit out of place. I don’t think the villains are very entertaining in this series. I liked some of their arcs, but for the most part it wasn’t my thing. It’s all good though, I was there to watch Superman as Superman.

🙂 I’m glad I watched it, but I felt the show could have lasted another season or two, that’s my only complaint about this one. :P.
